Today has been a pretty good day in terms of food and exercise. Here is what when on:
Food
Breakfast - skipped (bad I know!)
Lunch - Egg Mayo Bagel
Dinner - Veg Lasagne with a pile of green beans on the side
Snacks - Kit Kat

Hopefully I can keep this up and finally shift some of these pounds!
